Mr. Douglas M. Dombroski
CEO & Founder

Doug was a consultant to the CFA (Canadian Franchise Association)
for nearly two years where he attended numerous industry meetings
and conventions and sat on committees with franchise industry leaders
and founders of some of the world’s largest and most successful
franchise systems. Doug has drawn on these industry experts to build
RWorld’s franchise business model from the ground up and RWorld
may recruit some of these experts for our advisory board.
Prior to RWorld Doug was President and founder of ForeFund Inc.
for the previous eleven years. ForeFund consults with North American
charities for the organization and implementation of fundraising
events. Doug has assisted North American Charities in raising funds
to support their programs in excess of $20 million.

Mr. Anthony M. Pallante

Anthony Pallante has been involved with public companies for in
excess of 15 years. Through ownership and running businesses, which
were sold into larger companies and arranging transactions from
an investment viewpoint, Mr. Pallante has a unique perspective when
structuring transactions to better enhance shareholder value. Previously
Mr. Pallante was a Vice President and Officer of Cott Corporation
and President, CEO and Director of Value Holdings, Inc. where he
was a major shareholder. While at Cott, Mr. Pallante helped build
the share price from approximately Cdn$4.00/ share to in excess
of Cdn$200 / share. (before splits). His expertise is focused on
financing (using both public and private vehicles), mergers and
acquisitions strategy and overall corporate structuring.
